Haver's Heights, situated about half way up Haver's Hill, has been designed to take full advantage of the magnificent view and offers plenty of outdoor living space around a relatively small core of building. The house is arranged over three levels: on the mezzanine, toward the back of the main floor, are two bedrooms and a bathroom; the living area occupies the main floor, where an exquisite kitchen and a relatively compact, but sheltered, living room spill into ample outdoor dining/living areas, gardens and the vast deck; below is the large master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom and another level of garden.

The house is actually semidetached/duplex, but it is almost impossible to see this from anywhere on or off the property and it is surprisingly private and quiet. It has taken more than eight years to renovate and refurbish the property and only top quality materials were used.

The mezzanine is currently used for a child's bedroom and a guest suite with its own balcony, both served by one bathroom.
