Unique and exclusive house in Punta Pite condominium. Zapallar, Valparaíso Chile

We are looking at perhaps one of the finest homes in Punta Pite, an exclusive condominium in Zapallar located on the seashore, nestled among the rocks, with a small private beach. The landscape design was crafted by Tere Moller.

The 450-square-meter house was designed by architect Nicolás Arancibia and built in 2019. It is situated in the best location within the condominium, surrounded entirely by the ocean. The 2,554-square-meter plot is adjacent to Punta Pite's private park, ensuring 100% guaranteed views.

On the first level, the house features a spacious central area integrating the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Extensive glasswork ensures transparency, brightness, and a comfortable interior temperature. Clean, minimalist spaces were designed to give prominence to the ocean. A French Girofocus fireplace rotates on its axis, radiating warmth to various living room areas.

The Planistar Sunglass, imported from Saint Gobain in France, blocks harmful UV rays that could damage wooden floors or interiors.
The house’s first level is constructed with concrete, while the second level features lenga wood from Magallanes. The exterior is clad in extruded wood-plastic composite, which requires no maintenance.

This central level also includes a spacious family room that opens to the garden and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

From the living area, you can access an outdoor terrace with a barbecue area and a swimming pool, which connects to Punta Pite's private boardwalk. The landscaping, also by Tere Moller, seamlessly integrates the house with the surrounding communal park.

The kitchen connected to the dining area, was designed by Xilofor. It includes high-end appliances such as a Dolcevita Italian oven, a Miele oven and microwave, and a Franke downdraft range hood concealed within the cabinetry, which rises upon activation to avoid visual clutter. This level also includes a laundry room equipped with Bosch appliances, a flexible service room with a private bathroom, and a guest bathroom.

On the second level, there is a study/family room connected to four bedrooms, including the Master Suite. All bedrooms are en-suite. The wall, ceiling, and beam finishes in the central area are crafted from lenga wood, while the bedrooms and bathrooms feature a combination of lenga wood and concrete.
