The current owners grandparents purchased the home in July, 1942. In 1986 the next generation acquired the home, at which time some remodeling took place. The kitchen was expanded, a wall separating two bedrooms was removed to make a very spacious master bedroom, a bathroom was added for the back bedroom and a free standing 1320 square foot garage, that included three separate rooms, was built. A few years later a swimming pool was added. In 2001, as the third generation acquired the home, new windows and doors were installed, the patio was concreted, and the free standing garage was converted to an office, storage unit and commercial kitchen.
