Been in the business and licensed since 2004, 2014 managed one of the largest real estate franchise companies in the Inland Empire and trained new real estate Agents as a Productivity Coach. 2017 joined Brittney Jeanson as part of The Jeanson Team as the Business development manager, handling the land listings for the team and technical side of each listing with Research, Contract review, Social Marketing, 3D Tours/Photography, Brand Recognition and re-marketing, Listing Syndication and Team support.
Active in the community, Ryan Tom has organized food drives and donations to communities dedicated to support low income veterans and their families. Ryan Tom, is also part of The Riverside Fire Department- Office of Emergency Management Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). The CERT Program concepts and practices further foster a sense of “whole community”, a priority for the City of Riverside. Under the direction of local emergency responders, CERT teams help provide critical support by giving immediate assistance to victims, providing damage assessment information, and organizing other volunteers at a disaster site.
In his free time, Ryan Tom is an avid hiker. Spending time in the local mountains and enjoying the benefits from being in nature.
