Placed in the center of Zermatt and completed in 2015, this extraordinary chalet sets itself apart not only with its location but especially through its unique design. The proximity to the shopping, night life, railway stations and Sunnegga funicular makes one's life certainly a lot easier and it's a great starting point to explore the village.

Set out over four floors, the chalet benefits from a harmonious and impressive living & dining area located on the top floor with a fireplace in the middle and high old wood beamed ceilings. Big window openings give access to a generous balcony from where one enjoys the views into the village and on the Matterhorn. But the wow effect doesn't stop there because on the same floor towards the back you have a hidden spa with a hammam, a jacuzzi and a relaxation area which takes you into another world.

Moving downstairs on the second floor of the property, there are two master bedrooms with a large balcony and fantastic views. The main bedroom has a dressing area and an ensuite bathroom while the other master bedroom offers an ensuite shower room and built-in cupboards. On the same level you have a TV room where you can gather to watch the latest films or play video games.

The first floor is home to three further bedrooms; a double bedroom with dressing room, ensuite bathroom and a balcony, a double bedroom which can also be configured as a twin with an ensuite shower room and a quad bunk room sleeping four with an ensuite shower room. Every single bedroom has a flat screen TV and recessed ceiling speakers.

Finally it's the ground level with its extra high ceilings that sets the right tone from the start by featuring a boutique like ski room, a separate laundry room and a professional kitchen that competes with any restaurant in town.
